Signature Requirements for DeliveryAt DiamondWave we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx®. These requirements are for your protection. Alternate Shipping AddressIf you can't be home to sign for your order, DiamondWave can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address. Your order will be declined if this is not in place. If you won't be available, nor have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. Does DiamondWave charge sales tax?Currently, sales tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses in New York state. International ShippingDiamondWave.com offers shipping and insurance for customers residing outside the United States. All international orders require a shipping and insurance cost of a minimum of $50 US(varies by country).
