better clarity Diamond Stud earrings

I bought one set of the "better clarity" diamond stud earrings for a family member and was thrilled with how nice they looked. At that time I also ordered a pair of diamond studs from another company to compare and the ones from Diamond Wave were so much nicer looking that I returned the other pair. Then, I recently just bought 2 more pairs from Diamond Wave for other family members. Their stones are very clear, bright, and sparkle beautifully. I couldn't be more pleased.

Stunning 5 diamond anniversary band!

I used DiamondWave for a 25th anniversary diamond ring! My husband and I have NEVER ordered diamonds over the internet and we were absolutely terrified to do so! Thankfully, Pam helped us tremendously through the process. I was a total pain in the ass too. I asked a million questions via e-mail and she patiently answered every single question. I also asked her to make my ring with very specific diamonds. I wanted every diamond to be GIA certified with a color of "G" and at least a VS in clarity. Each diamond also had to be rated "excellent" for cut as well! Boy did Pam pull through! I changed my mind on the setting and even changed my mind last minute with respect to the metal I wanted. As I said before, no matter what curve ball I through at her, she handled it with great professionalism and patience. We love Pam!!! The day came when we finally got the ring. WOW! Quality!!! Everyone at work could not believe the fire and sparkle that came from that ring. I was at a meeting and three people actually stopped the meeting to ask me what was that "dazzling thing on my hand" as they couldn't concentrate!!! Can you imagine the smile on my face? We waited such a long time to get something like this and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the diamonds and the ring. Outstanding! Thank you Pam! You just earned yourself a loyal customer. We will tell everyone we know looking for a ring to go to you!

Perfectly satisfied earring customer

I called for information on customized earrings (a size between those offered on their website, dropping a little in color and clarity to favor size). I got friendly, smart advice from Pam about settings and diamonds. Within a few minutes, she found a pair of diamonds that met my criteria, within the budget I had told her. She was great to talk to, and did not try to upsell in any way. Because the diamonds were on the premises and Pam could vouch for them, I felt confident buying sight umseen (not all online diamond sellers have them in hand). I assumed it would take a few days for them to be set but I got an email later telling me the tracking number. Less than 24 hrs after I bought them, they were delivered here in Boston. Most importantly, they are beautiful! Super sparkly because they are cut well. The box came inside a presentation box with a white bow. Great service and product, all for a transaction under $1000. I highly recommend.

One satisfied customer!

I decided in 2011 that I would finally get the diamond hoops I’ve always wanted. I contacted a jeweller in March and shared what I wanted. He recommended that I wait until he went to a diamond show in the US as the price would have been cheaper (I live in Canada, and any of my fellow Canadians will know that our prices tend to be higher than those in the US). He saw a lovely pair but did not like the quality of the diamonds so passed on the purchase. That was in June of 2011. He was going to try to source a pair from a wholesaler as he felt that having them custom-made in Toronto would send the price up by at least 50%. By September he'd found nothing. In a moment of idleness, I began doing diamond searches on the website and happened upon a site called "truthaboutdiamonds.com". This site gave a breakdown of the common sense, value-added approach to buying high quality diamonds. Though I tend to not be trustful of online sites, I went ahead and contacted them for advice on sourcing my earrings. They immediately referred me to Pamela at Diamond Wave, believing that, for what I wanted, she was the best fit. I contacted Pam and she approached helping me with the same frankness and reality that "truthaboutdiamonds.com" used, aka best-bang-for-your-buck. I love nice things and love to shop designer but believe that I must find ways to get the best at a lower price. I believe I got this – plus excellent customer service – at DiamondWave. I am extremely fussy, ask lots of questions, and take forever to make decisions (case in point, I just took a whole week and lots of research, including calling gyms all over the country, before buying a pair of cycling shoes!). Pam was extremely patient, answered all my questions surprisingly and consistently promptly, and was an all-out pleasure to deal with. She had hoops but they were not exactly what I wanted. I described what I wanted and she set out to get just that. I was a little skeptical as I'd already gone through the inaction of my previous jeweller. Well, before I knew it, Pam had contacted me about the fact that she'd found someone who could make what I wanted. Throughout the process, what was really cool was that even though she was doing custom work, she kept assuring me that if I did not like the product, I could return it! She also kept me fully abreast of how things were progressing and was able to show me pictures at every stage of the development process of the earrings. Well after about 50 emails back and forth and several phone calls, I was able to get my earrings and they are wonderful! I also got my quality hoops at a price way lower than I would have in Canada! To top it off, Pam gave me the honor of naming the "Maxine style" hoops after me! I am fully satisfied and will definitely be using DiamondWave in the future for all my diamond needs p>

Buying diamonds on the Internet is often a less expensive route than buying from your local jeweler. But what about customer service, gemstone quality, and long term support?

I bought diamond earrings from DiamondWave for girlfriend because they had all of the above. When I called I spoke to Pam directly (one of DiamondWave's founders) and she spent a good 30 minutes counseling me on the various diamond quality levels, and metal choices (gold, platinum). She was very patient and helpful with all my questions.

When the earrings arrived there was a slight problem with the post but that was quickly resolved with a short call. Would definitely buy from DiamondWave again.

Feel in love with my dream ring on the DiamondWave web site. I was very hesitant about getting a ring off the internet. I emailed Pam questions and she immediately emailed me back. I gave the info to my man and from there he took over. Pam was so helpful to him and so friendly. The ring was delivered to his work in a big box so it didn't look like jewelry. It is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! When I finally decided on a ring for my wife to replace one that was quite old, we were butting up against the final week of Christmas. I had oerdered the Saturday one week before. Additionally, the shipping and billing addresses were different, further complicating the order. The woman in customer service was very helpful and assured me everything would be done to ensure a before-Christmas delivery. Five Stone Diamond Wedding Ring

Yesterday I received my ring from Diamondwave.com and could not be happier. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and arrived days earlier than was originally predicted, which is impressive when it had to be made first then shipped from New York to Australia!

Today I had the ring valued locally for my insurance, I did not provide the jeweller with any information about the ring and their valuation description exactly matches the Diamondwave.com description. The local jeweller has also placed a higher value on the ring that the included valuation that it came with, both of which are a LOT more than I paid!

On top of all of that Pam at Diamondwave was friendly, more honest and matter of fact, and easier to deal with than the sales staff at the local jewellers I visited when I started ring shopping. I found the experience of buying a diamond ring online far more transparent and pleasant than going into my local stores. We knew exactly what we were buying, with no fuss or upsell, just great advice and a stunning result.

To start off I do not have a lot of experience with diamonds. I got on the internet and did a search and found a few dealers. I evaluated these dealers, learned about the 4 Cs and started to try to make a good decision. All I needed was a pair of earrings that would make my wife happy and that they did. Too make a long story short there were many companies out there that will try to sell you anything and tack on a few dollars to make you feel like you got something special. However, I feel like I got the best deal, like a wholesale deal, with great advice. The purchase I made is worth more than I paid for and my wife (and her peers) are all happy. Enough said!
